Expertise in trading mainly Japanese Hamachi, Tuna (Bluefin, Big Eye, Yellowfin ..), Swordfish, Coral reef species such as Parrot fish, Red Snappers, Grouper, .. and BAP niches products such as Cobia, Pangasius, Tilapia, Frozen sushi entrées, Smoked eel Unagi and Anago, Whelk..



ECOWA expertise lies mostly with Tuna by combining various innovative technologies such as Solar Electrocution, Ikijime, Laser and Oxygenation. By working closely with our manufacturers partners, we keep the Quality of the Tuna from the time we capture the fish at sea until the final processing at plant to produce loins and value -added products such as Saku blocks, Nigiri slices, Poki cubes, Steaks and Tataki mix, Toro and Kama …



Our mission is to supply our cutomers the best quality of our fish and seafood products. Therefore, before we commit to purchase our containers, we travel the world directly to the sourcing of the various fishes. We visit the manufacturers plants, obtain and analyze their haccp production programs, evaluate their q.A policy, and obtain with every lot their attestation for each lot quality accordingly to the canadian cfia – acia and fda regulations versus the microcrobiological, biochemical and antibiotics rules and standards requirements. 



Over the years, our customers know that ecowa fish and seafood products are of premium quality as we don’t cheat on the sourcing.
