Harvested in the country that perfected sashimi and sushi, Wild Japanese Hokkaido Sea Scallops are renowned for their freshness and high quality. The coastline of Hokkaido, Japan’s northernmost and biggest island, is a unique marine environment that feeds off the cold current Oyashio from the North.



There are two sizes for this kind of sea scallops, the 8-12 and the 12-15. To ensure highest quality, our scallops are Day Boat harvested, delivered to our processing plant live, and processed in minutes, not hours – in our state-of-the-art, HACCP approved plant. Our scallops are quickly processed to preserve the Sashimi grade taste and texture. Expect the same quality as frozen at sea scallops.
