Victoria is the second largest natural lake in the world, covering over 80,000 square km in Africa, and surrounded by Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. It is the origin source for the Nile River.



Available all year round, the Nile Perch is hygienically processed in our FDA, EC, ISO 9001 and HACCP approved plants and chilled in various sizes suitable to all markets from home to restaurants.



This fish has a delicate taste, mild flavor along with a firm and flaky texture, and can be prepared pretty much with any kind of cooking: frying, steaming, poached, BBQ, and oven baked. Due to its low water content in the fillet, it is recommended to marinate the fish fillets for 15 minutes in a court bouillon with your favorite spices before baking, broiling or BBQing. Nile Perch fillets have the highest content of Omega-3- found in the fish species.
